We have rented the ERUCC facility in downtown Frederick two times this past year (2018) and we are very pleased with the service that has been provided. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking nearby, easy to locate and in heart of Frederick downtown. The facility is excellent, and nicely maintained. Ample space for parties and it also has tables/chairs and pre-installed DJ system with two projectors, which is a BIG PLUS.

The process from touring the space, signing a contract, and pulling together the actual event could not have been more seamless! Amy was a huge help the day of my event where I was expecting over 150 people. She was able to accommodate all of my requests as far as setup and logistics, and also gave suggestions to make my life easier. I am not tech savvy at all, and she had everything ready to go for us. My speaker was very impressed with the space, setup, and how organized everything was. State Farm will definitely be back!
